Chickpeas summer salad with parsley
Ingredients
1 cup of cooked chickpeas
4 tablespoons boiled quinoa
1 cucumber
1/2 bunch of parsley
4 pinches of sea or Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon cold pressed sesame oil
1/2 lemon (juice of 1/2 lemon)
Preparation
* Take a bowl and put the boiled chickpeas and 4 tablespoons boiled cinema in it.
* Wash and chop the cucumber and parsley and add them to the bowl with the chickpeas and cinema.
* Add 4 pinches of salt, a teaspoon of cold pressed sesame oil and juice from half a lemon.
Mix all ingredients and serve the salad that will refresh you and will keep you fed in the hot summer days.
